Let's not forget they're also using a version of State Farm's well established tag line, “Like a Good Neighbor” too. The 60-second Super Bowl LX commercial was directed by Henry-Alex Rubin of the production company SMUGGLER titled "America Needs Neighbors Like You," created in partnership with agencies Mirimar and Zenith. (3) And of-course music by Lady Gaga.
Neighborly connections are a strategically relevant creative point for Rocket & Redfin to focus on, but the spot is based on anti-white sterotypes instead of exhibiting goodwill, friendliness, and helpfulness. Sowing discord based on racial or more specifically outdated sterotypes in order to support illegal aliens (people of color) is blatant propaganda. There is not a unique point-of-difference for the brand or product in the spot. Its end-to-end emotional manipulation in support of voter fraud to benefit a single party through white hate. (10) Fred Rogers taught America to 'Be A Good Neighbor,' but Rocket and Redfin is not promoting acts of kindness, consideration, and sociablility. They're pushing open borders and replacement theory for profit.
States like Michigan: "$500 per month Newcomer Rental Subsidy," New York: Emergency Assistance to Families (EAF), Massachusettes: Emergency Assistance (EA) program and the HomeBASE program up to $30,000, Illinois: Asylum Seekers Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ASERAP), which provides up to 3–6 months of rental support, along with temporary housing, rent subsidies, and relocation assistance, often managed by the Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA) and Department of Human Services, California: state-supported home mortgage assistance and healthcare. These services drain the system for low income US citizens as illegals are prioritized for votes resulting in higher crime as these same Democratically run areas defund the Police and support rioting against Federal law enforcement like ICE. This was in-fact the entire point of the Spanish only language Super Bowl Half Time Show with Bad Bunny, but it resulted in the NFL losing 50% of its viewership during the show. (2, 11)

Pretending that these political agendas are part of a companies culture or worse a "marketing strategy" is preposterous and shows a shocking level of incompetence by all pushing the nonsense as dozens of companies who have already played this make believe agenda lost billions of dollars in revenue and customers. Bud Lite, Jaguar, Target, M&M's, Chic-Fil-A, Gillette, Rip Curl,... are just a few inauthentic brands that played the social justice game and lost. (9)
"In 1969, when Black Americans were still prevented from swimming alongside white people, an episode of 'Mister Rogers' Neighborhood' broke the color barrier." (6) Fred Rogers 'invited' a black Police Officer, Officer Clemmons (played by actor François Clemmons) to go swimming. They rolled up their pant legs and waded in a small pool side-by-side. Beyond stealing Mr Rogers show line, his stand on ending discrimination is something Rocket and Redfin could learn a lot from. Instead they pushed the “anti-racism industry” which pushes discrimination and division.
Colorblind ideology aims to treat individuals as equally as possible, without regard to race.
Once they, we, learn to treat Americans as Americans and not by their skin color, will discrimination cease. (14) This perspective emphasizes a non-discriminatory approach, focusing on shared national identity rather than hyphenated or origin-based distinctions, while acknowledging a diverse, multicultural society. Something the Super Bowl used to stand for too.
