SBC is a premier building company based in New Hampshire. They were in need of a fully integrated strategic rebrand of their 25 year old company. Amter repositioned SBC within the $3 - $8.5 Million lake front home building market as a comprehensive solution for home buyers looking to simplify the complex permitting and planning process building on natural waterways.
Starting with a strategic analysis of the housing market, definition of target market and short vs. long term goals, we generated an iconography exploratory, introduced new typography and color theory to replace their previous dated branding. Then developed a web platform building a custom web site, social media and integrated Google maps into the site. All based on four strategic points of difference in SBC's customer offering and building process.
We also integrated Instagram giving SBC the ability to independently update their web site feed while simultaneously connecting to their customer base. These innovative solutions kept SBC not only top of mind, but gave them a cost effetive solution by removing any on-going development.
